I’m your coach, Megan!
I’m a NASM-certified nutrition coach, as well as certified for prenatal and postpartum specialties.
My biggest goal is to help others find balance with their health and wellness goals, as well as teaching how to harness a positive self -image.
I’m the coach that will always remind you of the promises you made to yourself, using a supportive and nonjudgmental approach.
Also, I occasionally use some tough love because life is tough my friend, but so are you.

One of the biggest struggles I see clients have is the mental side of nutrition.
The current trends that over-restrict or cut out entire food groups leave many of us on and off the “diet” train frequently. We end up fearing foods or feeling lost as to what a balanced day of eating ACTUALLY looks like.
This where I spend a lot of time re-framing how we view food and how we can eat foods we love and still see the physical results we are after. The bonus is the mental gains made along the way.
