All Team MG nutrition clients get access to a 4 day program for either the home or gym. I understand not everyone wants nutrition coaching and sometimes we want something more specific to our goals. If you’re looking for something custom to your workout environment or you want to train in the style that I’m currently working out in I’ve got affordable plans for both!
Train Like Megan
$10 per month
Interested in how I’m training? For $10 a month you can get access to what my current workout plan is.
-When I change you change…I keep things simple and I don’t swap out workouts often to ensure I can really track strength gains!
-You will need access to a gym and feel comfortable with traditional style lifts.
-Workouts are usually around 45-60min in time
-Be ready to lift HEAVY and SLOW down!
Custom 8 Week Plan
$50 one time payment
The custom program is specific to YOU and YOUR goals.
- You can choose between a 3-5 day workout split
- I’ll work with your gym environment at home or commercial
- Time is important so I’ll work around time constraints you have.
- We’ll make sure to include movements you LOVE and ones that will CHALLENGE you.
- The plan is designed for 8 weeks but can be utilized for up to 4 months in the Team MG App
- You will recieve your plan within 5 business days of payment.

I cannot read your mind so I expect open and timely communication. I value your investment and time and I ask that you value mine too.

Be Ready to Work
We will set clear and defined goals with weekly actions needed to achieve them. Be ready for some homework. No late assignments accepted.

I have my own past with a bad relationship with food and exercise. I will never judge you for where you are at or what we need to work on. Just support.

There is never any judgment but there is reality. I will tell you what you need to hear when you need to hear it. Always out of love. Always with your goals in mind.

This Takes TIME
I cannot guarantee a timeline for your goal. The body needs time to adapt, I need time to get to know you, and you need time to learn the skills required to be successful long term.

Leadership by Example
I will never ask you to do something I wouldn’t or use a product I don’t fully back. If you’re working you can expect me to be doing the same right alongside you.

Unfortunately no - you need the Team MG App to access all coaching packages. It’s the platform I utilize as a coach. It’s also how you get access to assessments, messaging and where progress photos and food logs are stored for me to review.

Nope! I’ll meet you wherever you are at and provide tools and resources needed to succeed!

The message feature is always available in the app so you can send one over any time! I always promise to respond to messages within 14 hours. Premium clients do get priority in my inbox.

YES! If you are in the Team MG app I will provide a free monthly workout program and also have options to upgrade to different workout programs or customized plans.

Yup! You can simply shoot me a message and I’ll walk you through how to switch over.
